Very helpful
This app is one of the best I’ve found when it comes to practicing speaking with AI in another language. They have tons of language options with different levels of practice and different choices of conversation types. The AI voice is also natural sounding and speaks in normal speed which can be adjusted to your preference. My only issue is the hands free mode isn’t useful because the translations are incorrect at times when using their speak option. I find the speak option only works best when you use your built in phone voice to text feature. This feature definitely needs improvement.
I pay for premium but the account isn’t premium
I get ads and don’t have the premium perks yet I pay for a year subscription and there is no way to report this issue within the app. Please fix my account so I can take drown this review.

The perfect example of what AI should be used for
I love this app so much, it really helps in keeping one engaged while learning a language as you can choose your topics and practice with speaking casually or formally. My only criticism is there are a few glitches, the biggest one right now is when I click to see the mistakes in a sentence, the entire message disappears/gets deleted.

i only wish that there were an option to watch ads for more messages, because i’m a student without income for subscriptions.
Great, but no sound
I have Lily Pro. I've given it 5 stars because the app is very well done. However, my iphone 13 does not play the auditory responses, which really decreases the usefulness of the app. I have no other sound problems with other apps or with the phone. I'm assuming support can help me with this. Update: Their support was great! Fixed it shortly after I asked them about it! Wonderful app!
Nice but freezes often
I really like the concept, I have paid for the pro version. Unfortunately, it often freezes on “evaluating sentence…” and thinking of a response. It will show the loading dots forever. Nothing resolves this except for resetting the conversation, which is a bummer when we’ve been talking about something for awhile, and I can no longer refer back to my previous mistakes. Hoping for a big fix on this soon. This didn’t happen to me once in the free version, only started after upgrading to Pro… I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
