Estoy revisando las grabaciones de la cámara y en menos de un minuto vuelve para atrás y no se puede ver el vídeo
Problema con el almacenamiento
Todos los meses me sucede el mismo problema. Llega un punto que deja de guardar la información en la nube a pesar de estar pagando el servicio mensual . Saben por qué sucede ? Cómo puedo solucionarlo ?
Hace lo que quiere
Conecte un dispositivo de calefacción a este sistema y la verdad que cada tanto se enloquece y hace lo que quiere. Se enciende y apaga cuando quiere generando cuantiosos gastos de consumo así como el riesgo de que se me queme la calefaccion. No lo recomiendo un fiasco absoluto .

Etiquetado de dispositivos
La aplicación en general funciona bien, pero en el iPhone cuando quiero editar el nombre de los dispositivos no me lo permite, dentro del dispositivo presiono el botón de editar y no entra en modo edición el nombre, hay un error evidentemente. Cargue todos los dispositivos y ahora todos tienen nombres genéricos, imposible utilizarlo con un asistente virtual.
the energy monitor now requieres a subscription
The energy monitor used to be free. Now the feature is under a subscription. They not only removed value from the app but also from their products. A really bad call.
Really bad experience
This app started lagging a few months ago to the point i had to force restart my iPhone, and now it literally does not work. It opens, doesn't let me tap anywhere and then closes… I have bunch of other apps and they work perfectly. It’s really uncomfortable for me since I have restricted mobility and now I have to get up every time i want toggle the lights… I really wish this is sorted out soon. 😢
My house is now a rave
Switched WiFi passwords and it disconnected all the lighting. Troubleshooting for days to the point of getting other smart lightning. Shouldn’t be this hard.
Can't Create Scene With Color
I have been using this app and lights connected to it for quite a while now and in a lot of ways, it is great, but I'm very frustrated because I cannot create a scene with anything besides with lights. I would like to be able to customize my own scene with colors that I can use with "tap-to-run" so that the colorful scene can be accessed with a single tap. This seems like quite an oversight. Other than that, the app is pretty good.
