Paying for Tv & Satellite app annually through Apple iTunes every week I have to restore my issue otherwise it want to charge me so ridiculous and annoying please sort this out

Nine months since they’re ‘big’ update and I am still unable to regularly download a new issue each week. Having to constantly refresh and restore my purchase is tedious and unnecessary and for almost £50 a year I expect much better. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I like this online magazine, its easy to use and navigate with good content, but…. I pay for it on subscription via Apple. EVERY week when I try to download the new issue the top of the screen shows my iTunes subscription is active, but the app shows that I will have to pay for the new issue. I then have to go to help section and restore my iTunes purchases - this takes hours and usually means I can’t access the new issue on the day it comes out. This is NOT a one off - it happens EVERY week and has done so for at least the last six months or so. It is extremely frustrating. Please fix this problem. As of 09/04/24 this issue has STILL NOT BEEN FIXED, please sort this out
Continues to forget subscription every start. Have to ‘restore purchases’ every time new edition released. Looking at reviews this issue has existed for months but there seems to be no interest in fixing it.
This new update looks good but so annoyed as if I put it to my library and show only downloaded every time I leave the app it comes out of my settings and back to showing all etc and I have to fix it back to what it was. Can it not stay on what I had my settings at.
Hi, updated app to new version yesterday. Came to download latest version of magazine and it was marked at£1.99. Have been a subscriber for over 10 years and each time the app is updated, the same problem seems to occur in that a charge is showing to download latest copy of Tv and satellite (hard copy arrived in post this morning). Please correct this fault. I advised sales section and they said to contact yourselves. John Cole
Something needs to be done about this app. Every week I have to delete the app and reinstall it to download and read the current issue. This has been going on for months despite numerous calls to the helpline. if this continues, I doubt I will renew my subscription when it comes up.
Restore purchase button doesn’t work, asking me to pay for something my subscription already covers troubleshooting solutions do nothing, abysmal customer service. The old version of the apps were great, feels like every time they update they don’t bother to do any testing at all and this version has been live for ages and still having issues with it. When it doesn’t work, roll back to something that does Update October 2022- it’s still the worst app on my phone with the most errors. Pay a subscription so the magazine can be downloaded on a Tuesday, app decides nah not bothering with that you can have later in the week when the magazine is pretty useless
Won't let me log in so can't even get started. I've checked my credentials are correct and followed the help instructions but it just doesn't work.
