I’ve been using the app for years now. I’m a To Do list freak, so the app is perfect for me making lists and crossing films and series off when I watched them.
The only thing that I would like to see is a special anime section. Just like how movies are divided from the tv shows.

Please get rid of the choosing the favourite character every time… really annoying! Back to five points when it’s back to normal behaviour

It was so nice to be able to discuss episodes and tag people in the comments, why was it taken out? Notifications of mentions were always malfunctioning but still it was nice 🥲
Data missing?!
I’ve been using this app for many years to track everything I’ve been watching, and I watch A LOT! I had more than 13k episodes tracked and now suddenly it says I have only watched 1,9k episodes?!? How is that possible?? What went wrong and how can this be fixed?!!
Missing features
Almost perfect app. I’d just love the option to keep my settings saved. I don’t want to deselect what I can see every time I open the app.
For example, I don’t always want to see “not started series” or “series finished”. That’s so much scrolling
Movies tab was unnecessary and it’s quite bad

Being ignored by customer service
I’ve been using this app actively since 2014, recently the app has been showing a lot of problems. The most recent one i’ve encountered made me reinstall the app. After reinstalling the app i lost my login data, while trying to recover the data by using my e-mail which i’ve been using since 2014 the app created a new account.
I’ve been told via e-mail to search my old account in the app while logged in on my new account and provide the customer support with the account information to which they said they would recover the account.
I found my old account and e-mailed the customer support the information several times the past 2 weeks without receiving any responses.
So till this day i still havent recovered my old account which i was actively using.
I cba to invest myself again in a new account and rather get my old account back.
customer service via the e-mail linked in hete several times is terrible.
Not just that, the app itself has so much errors these days.
