Difficult to read !
I have been using the app for several years, but with filing eyesight I find it difficult for read details. The ability to change text size would be great!
No East Midlands listings.
I’ve use this guide for quite a while without a problem, but now it’s only showing listings for London. When I type East Midlands in the settings it doesn’t recognise it. Frustrating as the programs are different in the London listings.
Image update
I like the app but doesn’t seem to update images. For example Strictly Come Dancing still has images from last years contestants. The app itself is great. Just notice images don’t always change. x
Poor
This app used to be great, but none of the reminders work, searches are inefficient and worst of all the channel numbers are not updated and are incorrect. About to give up with it.
Rip off
Still lots of Freeview channels missing from EEtv channel choices between freeview channels 68 to 107 and others. Needs sorting as it is no longer fit for purpose, will you be refunding everyone the money paid. I have tried emailing several times but I am just ignored.
Incorrect Calendar
Handy and easy to use TV guide. I've been using it for years. It's useful, as it lets you search a couple weeks ahead, and has a category for viewing just films, from your saved channels. However, the calendar is incorrect at the minute, and it's hard to know when things are actually on. For instance, I searched for "The A-Team", and it has the 23rd August 2024 listed as Thursday, but it is in fact a Friday. So, is the programme on Thursday 22nd, or Friday 23rd? I have to check against the TV guide on my telly, nearer the time. Also, the search feature is not the best. You have to type the entire title, normally, in order to get results. Example: "Star Trek" - No films. "Star Trek Into Darkness" - Results. I hope they fix the calendar issue, and improve the search engine. Other than that, it's a stellar app, in my opinion.

Er, what on earth is going on on this app - BBC One not available!? Are you sure!? 😆😆

One of the better TV listings guides but slow to update when there are late scheduling changes
Why So Much Data?
This would be the very best UK TV Guide app available if it wasn't for the massive amount of data it gets through. Just using this app for a few minutes will run up hundreds of mbs of data, and sometimes over a gb. I have uninstalled and cancelled my subscription because of the data usage. Such a shame because it's a great app.
