Very upset customer right here! And to make things works the phone lines are busy and the online chat wont respond after greeting you.

Me kete versionin e fundit qe supozohet te jete me modern, regjistrimet per te pare emisone te diteve te kaluara nuk punojne me, vetem live tv punon. Une personalisht jam abonuar vetem se kishte regjistrime qe mund ti shikonim ne darke ose kur merrnim pushim nga puna. Kush ka kohe te shohe televizion live? Ne qofte se kjo nuk regullohet per mua ky vit eshte viti i fundit qe abonohem dhe nuk do ta rinovoj abonimin vitin qe vjen.

I paid for a full year. I can’t log into my own account. Username and password doesn’t work. Recovery doesn’t work. Pretty much nothing works

They’re thieves. They charged me without authorization and when I requested cancelation, the rep (Arjanita) said they can’t cancel until 3 months have passed, but on their Terms and Conditions page it says “ The subscriber may withdraw at any time from the recurring monthly payment plan by canceling the service for the following month.” I had to call my bank to get a refund and stop the future charges. If they can milk you they will!

My experience with TVALB has been great! The application is easy to use and provides access to hundreds of TV channels and films that I have not been able to find elsewhere. I will continue to use this as my main streaming service and I recommend it to anyone who is thinking about whether it is worth it!!
