Does nothing to improve on the interface of the app
This app has the habit of crashing upon watching on the phone. Happened multiple times while viewing.
Honestly will be considering to cut away support on this app if developer isn’t able to provide any visible improvements and introducing this to apple tv users. I have tried using mirroring for a period of time. But they remove the privilege of being able to view through my apple tv. Seriously, it just gets more and more annoying.
Either get yourself together, or you will just be losing customers.
Frequent logout and app is plague with silly games ads
Got log out suddenly from
The app and again account subscriptions gone.
Try to access option but every step is a silly game ads.
Shame on you TVB such a big station need to add such advertisements to your app
Not worth the money
Although u get to watch right after it’s broadcast in hongkong , any other apps online that allow free streaming , has more hongkong dramas available (Be it old or new) . The dramas is getting slower and slower. I’m about to unsubscribe , expensive and lousy
Advertisement in the app cannot play
Understand that there will be advertisement before the drama play, but at least the advertisement need to play, don’t just stuck there… zenyum advertisement, this one always stuck and doesn’t play…
Forced 30 sec ads for subscriber
Since we pay to subscribe, the ads should be limited and can be skip maybe 3-5 sec, don’t force your user to watch ads that is unable to skip, for 30 sec and on every episode, that is too much. If to watch with ads, plenty of choice in market.
The search button is not user friendly at all.
Watch half way got logout
I get randomly logged out while watching my drama serial. This has happened a few times. And kept getting a message saying that the “system busy. Please try again later. For enquiry, please contact customer service”. This is very annoying. I been trying every other 15 min and i still cant log back in. Another annoying this are the ads at the start of every episode. Its at least a good 30 sec of time wasted and yet i cant skip the ad. I’m starting to regret my subscription and wonder if i shld cancel it. As of now im still unable to login
No Apple TV support
Don’t understand why there is no Apple TV support for this app
Subscription still cannot download all movie
After subscription some of the movie still cannot download.
Disappointed
No support for Apple TV. Can't cast to TV unless there’s a chrome cast.
