The app is not smooth enough. Many lags Sometimes shows incorrect information. Need to improve, please do it TVS.

ठीक से टाईम और किलोमीटर दिखा नहीं रहा है ये एप पुरी तरह से ग़लत दीखा रहा हैं कई बार चार्जिंग की हिस्ट्री नहीं दिखा रहा हैं कई बार इग्निशन चालू करने के बाद भी नहीं दिखा रहा है की आइक्यूब ड्राइव पर हैं कई बार 20-25मिनिट बाद दिखाता है की गाड़ी चालू हुई थी तो इसका क्या फ़ायदा अभी 10 मिनिट पहले मैं 600 मीटर गयाँ था और 600-मीटर जानें में मूझे सिर्फ़ 1 मिनिट का टाईम लगा था लेकिन यें ऐप मुझें 22-मिनिट दिखा रहा था और अभी 38-मिनिट दिखा रहा है क्या फ़ायदा ये ऐप का जब टाइम ग़लत दिखा रहा है कई बार लॉकेशन ग़लत दिखा रहा है मुझें अभी कोई डीलर के पास नहीं जाना हैं वहाँ पर कोई ठीक से काम नहीं होता हैं तो जल्दी से ये प्रोब्लम सुनिये कॉलबेक किजीए और ठीक किजीए

I purchased a new iqube s but as I entered the chassis number and it shows “Something went wrong try again later. TVS takes extra money for the smart features including extra ₹9000 for the software and fail to offer their services. The tvs service staff are unable to solve the problem and I am unable to use any Bluetooth features. TVS has scammed with its horrible service. Thank you tvs for a faulty product

Worst experience ever …. There is no auto connecting option so that i have to connect manually every single use and now after the updation so many bugs too

Please update regularly and keep update live location and bettery status because sometimes it is not working.

please allow share rides location with other apps too like Good Maps and Apple maps. in your app the location is not zooming properly and not exact Sometimes the location update is not realtime might be weather conditions The notification stopped coming for start on and off suddenly

Everyone shows interest in TVS EV and you make good vehicle, but the investment on App is seems zero. Your app is really disappointing. If you check the notification system, the user interface is too slow. We don’t get the live update. Even notification tray is full but we can’t remove them. I am still not understanding when Ola and Aether can make good app, what is issue in your. You taking extra amount from us, then give some good system..we expect this from brand and I wish in future you improve that.

After tvs icube app update Bluetooth. Not connected and charging history also not visible in app

This app is not working properly many issues is there Please improve this application.

Had worst experience repairing rear tyre of my Icube scooty. They charged labour fees only to damage my mudguard and further asking more to repair it.
