Update: Unable to even sign in anymore with the app. They never responded to support e-mails about it. It seems they may be blocking Apple ID's that left them negative reviews.
Tweetbot used to be the best Twitter client but Tapbots decided to go with the crappy subscriptions for Tweetbot 6. Just let me purchase it outright. Edit: They're also disabling a number of stuff on Tweetbot 5 so you'd be annoyed enough to subscribe with Tweetbot 6.

THIS IS DISAPPOINTING!
I paid almost $5 for this app and now it has subscription? I can’t even like a post and it says that I need a subscription to do so like seriously? For you to know, $5 for a single app is not not that cheap. And now you’re limiting the features to subscribe your monthly subscription? Come on.
Stay away for now
It's buggy and slow, unlike v5. Give me my money back.
This ain't it
I love Tweetbot but it's not worth paying a subscription. The only new feature is being able to see polls but you can't make one or vote. I’ll stick to v5 and official app.
UPDATE (07/26/21): they’re really forcing the old users to upgrade to the new subscription-based version by breaking some functions on v5 like translate, notifications, icloud sync, and latest one, video playback. yeah, you cannot play a videos on v5 anymore LMAO
Disappointed
I paid for the full app, and now it’s become a subscription base app?!
Hesitant to subscribe.
For now, not worth the subscription. Feels like it has the same feature as v5. Hopefully we get more useful features in the future.
The best twitter client
Tried other client, but keep coming back on Tweetbot. It’s really fast compared to other clients.
