If you are looking only for weight loss this is not the program for you. Sales made tall promises and somehow forced my to make immediate payment to take up the program, they even promised that if I don’t get any results they will be more than happy to refund my money. But once the money is gone, rest assured all you get is an advice that finish your program and get lost. Post sign up you pay for your own blood test, which I may add does not cover some key insights into your vitamin count. Your diet coach is not interested in your day life, they will ask you to buy another set of expensive products that would help with weight loss. At the end of the month when I for not see any results I wanted sales to keep the promise they had made and trust me all I got was bogus assurances, bunch of people calling and making another bunch of talk promises and all conversations that go around in circles. They suggested another set of medicines to help with weight loss. Nobody takes onus of the results, nobody is bothered to explain your days with you. Coaches are useless and only interested in giving gyaan. Overall a very sad experience but am only lighter on my wallet. Don’t sign up save your money.

Thanks to Twin Health and my care team, I’ve lost weight and feel better than ever. The support from my care team and simple to use app kept me motivated and on track. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their health!

Indeed it’s a great initiative , but unfortunately it doesn’t works with Apple platform . U need to have a separate machine and do the uploads using multiple persons . A time killing process has forced me to quit and there is no refund . Hell with twin

i have been using this program for diabetic reversal following is my opinion of the program 1. The result seema to be promissing on the sugar level reduction . ( though you are in extream diet ) . The operations of Twin is pathetic , horrible experience and reckless team who do have any sense of urgency and proper planning . councellors are fine . onboarding to application is pathetic , quite buggy . meals recommendation is broken where it has to be corrected by the councellor on daily basis . meal intake recording does not have proper units or way put right information ( limited by units given ) . with such a broken experience the confidence level on the program has come down drastically. wont recommend Twin purely on the basis of the operations

I have been into this program for more than 15 months & I feel happy on my decision to be part of it. The Twin app is my daily guide to keep track on my: foods, activities, keep recording my health measurements. My digital twin is the reflection of my daily actions. The negative trend warns me to do course correction & positive motivates me to do more positive. This way I have not only improved my Sugar level, also it has improved my BP, Cholesterol etc, Thanks to Team Twins, especially my health coach & TSA for their attitude of walking extra miles. I strongly recommend this program.

TWIN Health is the best way to reverse Type 2 diabetes and lead a healthy life.With the support of great coaching staff one can easily get rid of lifestyle diseases and lead a normal life.It is one of the best decisions of my life.

Platform is good and based on AI, but I have issues with their data modelling. App wrongly shows many items as GREEN foods though it’s not supposed to be. I have raised the issue with support. Hope to see a positive and collaborative response.
