I never write reviews, but this deserved one. First of all, I’m really glad it’s not a “pay as you go”, buying red jewels to use hints and the like. The mini games were pretty challenging at times, but not so hard that I had to skip or use the match 3 to get through them. I loved the little random mouse that scurried out. I know he was the one that came from the hole earlier in the game, but it gave me a little scare! I’d like to see more of these random little surprises! Overall, it was really fun to play. Yes, the corkscrews, shovels, etc., that you see in a lot of these games were used again, but I don’t care, the storyline was different. I’ve literally played 100’s to maybe >1000 of these games, so this isn’t my first rodeo. Keep up the good work!!

I like these games. They challenge me in a relaxing way and I’ve spent a lot of money on them. The new thing to annoy the buyer is to show a distracting sparkling ad box in every scene to try to get you to buy more. I paid for this game and don’t want to interrupted by the flashing nonsense in the middle of solving a puzzle. This is the second time and wonder when tHe relentless need to torment the game player will stop?

I bought this game & was enjoying it until it came to putting the tokens into the phone. For some reason, no matter what I try, the tokens do not transfer to the phone so I cannot go any further in the game. I would like a refund!

It’s hard to see many of the scenes

The story line did not entertain me. Even so, I found the game long and chock full of things to do. Thank you.

Otherwise would have been higher

Almost done… supposed to switch to the guy and go to Thomas’ house after the hospital or whatever… it didn’t switch characters so now I have to start all over. It was fun up until then.

I am tired of the exact storyline time and again, one of an evil entity stealing life force/ souls for eternal life/ power. I am also sick of the same inventory tools ( corks and corkscrews, bolt cutters, digging implements and fans, not to mention that these are used numerous times in the game). The only original inventory usage was at the hospital and the creative team stole part of an idea I had to boost Oleg’s revenues. So I am quite furious. This game also suffered a lack of touchscreen sensitivity on the gameplay interface, and I had to resort to match-3 at times. Start showing some creativity, because this same formula is losing you money. People don’t want to play the identical game over and over. I know that there is creativity to be had, as it is evidenced in the great variety of HO scenes. There were a few good puzzles as well. The game itself flowed nicely and you do play from two perspectives. It was lengthy inclusive of the bonus adventure. If any of you read the descriptions of the movie posters they were hilarious! But the lack of innovation made the game a bit dull. My actual rating is 3.5 stars and I am being generous!

There is nothing terrible about this game, but not very interesting either. Same inventory usage and vengeful ghost story. In the bonus chapter I was forced to use the match 3 option in one HO as items would not combine to create a lamp. Therefore, my rating stands at a 3 (generous at that).

I’m just being honest…I think to myself “maybe this game will be different”, so I buy it. I almost instantly regret it, because as game play progresses, it just becomes the same exact as the games before. They all feel exactly the same. Same inventory items used the same way over and over. And in this game, used the same way over and over multiple times. I’m not buying anymore until something changes.
