I couldn’t get this to recognise anything on my iPad or iPhone, really disappointed.

Okay....
At the beginning it didn’t work and I deleted it then I downloaded it again then it worked somehow! Very strange but the children loved it! 😀
Does absolutely nothing
Checked everything is up to date and correct, but nothing, very disappointing app. Why offer such an interesting product to kids and don’t deliver, absolute waste of time.
I can t open it. It goes black.
I haven t managed to use it at all. Please help.

My class used to love using this and I’ve just bought 4 more twinkl ar books but the app no longer works. Just a black screen and crashes. Such a shame as my class were really excited to see the new books.
