twinme is a free secure instant messaging and High-Definition voice/video call application, protecting your privacy and giving you full control over each of your relationships and contents.

WHY USE TWINME:

. PRIVACY BY DESIGN: twinme doesn’t ask, store, or use any of your personal data. You do not need to subscribe and provide any personal information to use twinme.
twinme is about the only messaging app that does not use your phone number (no email address or social network ID either), and that does not snoop into your address book to suck your contacts’ phone number and other private information.

I don’t know why many people don’t use this app but it’s brilliant. Yes yes there are glitches but that’s okay too. I just wish ios identified it as a messaging app. That’s my biggest complaint. Every time I have something to share I have to open the app and then attach it because it doesn’t appear in the messaging services options. Please add this feature for me.

A Brilliant app with lot of Bugs & needs improvements.

Improvements Needed :- • Camera mirroring must be changed when doing video chat, it’s annoying & disgusting. Do it as “Whatsapp’s” like. • Bugs: Audio calls are being automatically disconnected even the dialer UI is still counting the timer. • Sometimes after calling & disconnecting a couple of times I could place a successful line. • Even the wired or Bluetooth earphones are connected, then also the sound comes out from earpiece in audio calls & through the loud speakers while video call. It needs to be manually change the output audio source everytime. • When the call is placed both audio & video the calling, connecting sound are coming from the speakers loudly is disgusting. I’ll help the developers to find more if they take these things seriously! This is a brilliant app by the way. If it is fixed, I’ll rate it more & happy to share this apps with more of my friends. ————————————————— Thank you for the response. Me and my correspondent is getting a speed of 10mbps data on lower ping. Sometimes, the call get disconnected by responding to the proximity sensor while in a video call & audio call. Especially when i use Bluetooth headsets. Hope you’ll fix the bugs soon. Thank you!

Not connecting calls

Facing very poor connectivity . No calls get connected . Disappointed

The best chat app ever!

I had just one problem in my ios, and that when I’m video calling someone, my front camera is moving opposite, when turning right to left. It’s moving in opposite direction.

Good app but add more functions

I find it very interesting that you can sign up without using mobile number or email id but missing out on typing indicators like on imessage and mention function like in whatsapp. If it includes these features then i am not returning to any other chat apps. (Whatsapp, telegram)
