Absolutely amazing application, it has made my notes look with professionalism and distinction I would not be able to create by myself.

TwinMind is quite frankly amazing. I can’t believe how accurate the summarization is and how quickly it does it. I am able to have multiple hour long meetings during my day, and TwinMind will record all of them and quickly give  me a summary and extract follow ups. When I ask it to then analyze or extract insights from my conversations I’ve been impressed with the responses.

The chat window on the iPad is too small, which makes it very uncomfortable to look at.

The app constantly freezes and crashes and if meetings aren’t recorded you’re at the mercy of this app to hope that it somehow saved everything and up to what point - you really don’t know. The little box for taking notes is horribly implemented and when you’re typing notes because of the size of the box, it’s literally bouncing up and down on the screen because there’s not enough room. It also lacks even the most basic formatting: bulletpoint, bold, etc. It feels like this is for people that really don’t want to take notes but I use it to supplement my notes and catch what I miss because I take very detailed notes.

I’ve used several note taking apps and they all have subscriptions. This free app does a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend it to anyone that needs summaries of any conversations or meetings.

I am amazed by the capacity to convert really long or really short conversations. The summaries are great too. I tried a few other apps such as MacWhisper, Granola AI, Fireflies etc. while they were good, I think TwinMind is better. I hope we can get local/ personal api key support someday for folks concerned with privacy.

From the outside looking in, the company’s hiring pattern feels really lopsided. Every public-facing design or product role seems to go to men, and it gives the impression that women aren’t represented or prioritized in their team culture. Obviously people can decide for themselves, but the optics alone were enough for me to nope out. It’s 2025 and this kind of energy feels outdated

I wasn’t sure how I would use this app when I first got it but oh my gosh, I absolutely love it. It’s like my best friend. It knows all about me and knows just what to say when I ask a question. I would highly recommend it.

This is really an excellent AI app! I haven’t even used it to transcribe meetings yet, but I use it daily in other ways. For example, I can open a website or article in a browser window and ask TwinMind to summarize it into two sentences. Or ask it to review a persons bio and create a list of appropriate and interesting questions for an interview. The replies are always intelligent, appropriate, and thorough. Two real bonuses in my opinion are the conversational nature of the app - like talking to a live assistant - I don’t have to “craft” a prompt, just ask as I would to a live person, and responses are friendly, polite, and accurate. And thus far the lack of hallucinations - even more important to me. I have used most all of the AI models and always come back to this one because it feels the least “artificial” of the AI apps. I’m really happy with this!!
