Level 49

This level is unplayable--the booster window covers part of the game board. 🤬 you need to fix this.

Seems a bit high but the ads were so bad I had to buy it right off - this is my second download, and so far I love the game, but reading about the glitches makes me wonder why. My big complaint is the little box with the scissors and such covered the bottom half of the last row and hitting the wrong place makes you waste a tool. So stupid! Move the box off the bottom!

Won’t load

I have been playing this game for weeks…and now as of yesterday, the game will not load. No place on developers website to report this.

I like the game, but..

I paid for the ad-free version but still get the splash screen telling me to buy it every time I open the app. Also, if there were a way to make it untimed I would pay for that. It’s satisfying to untangle the knots, but racing to beat the clock is not the fun part for me.

Stuck on level 105

I got to level 105, the last 2 ropes will NOT clear and I’m not paying for scissors to cut them. Will be deleting this app if it’s not fixed.

No way to report a problem - certain levels don’t work

A couple of times I have worked a level, freed up all the knots (I have screenshots that I apparently cannot post here), and the timer runs out within crediting me with the completion. This has happened multiple times with me losing a “life” each time and not being able to collect the coins. I tried to report the problem but the link goes to the developer’s website where there is no obvious way to report the problem. I get the feeling that many of these knot games have the same developer because this one looks exactly like one I had downloaded, played for a while and quit because it was just too glitchy. I guess they figure if you have no place to complain they can just ignore you and everyone else who plays. Perhaps a one star rating will get their attention but I’m not holding my breath on that.

What Aren’t You Understanding?

Take. The. Timer Off. Your customers keep asking for a no-timer option. Why haven't you done it?

Even when untangled, some are not acknowledged. So you win, but you run out of time because it glitches. Paid for ad free.

Level 105

I have beaten this level three times, but the two bottom untangled ropes won’t disappear. I paid for as free and I can’t get past this dumb level. I will just keep losing lives and be stuck.
