Twisted Sugar (New)

The app does not have the Broken Arrow, Oklahoma location so i can never order in the app!!!

I used to use this app multiple times a week and then it suddenly stopped showing all but a handful of locations. Makes it impossible to order ahead and do curbside pickup, as I have 4 kids in car seats that I will not be unbuckling to walk into the store and order

The app no longer shows any locations in my state to be able to order online or to even find a location near me if I’m not at my local store. And because I can’t use the app, my loyalty rewards are not able to be used nor are they accumulating anymore. Please fix this problem! Using the website to order is just as awful as you can’t choose to create your own drink. I am beyond frustrated!

None of my points are being added to the app since May. Is there another app we should be using?

Can’t even use the app because no Utah stores show up on it

The cookies are delicious and the service is amazing.

I’m not sure what is going on with Twisted Sugar administration or restructuring but the app has not been useful for UT patrons at least since May 2024 and points are not being loaded on the app for purchases made at UT stores. Cookies are good but what good is this app if the programming isn’t working.

I recently went to the queen Creek store to pick up my dozen cookies. I forgot to bring something to cut them and asked for a knife. They said they were out and then offered very nicely to cut them for me. It was very sweet and appreciated. Way to go above and beyond for your customers.
