This app simply doesn’t work.

Worked great previously but stopped working now

This app never works. It always says fail to analyse. Try again. Waste of time.

I am writing this review because, in the middle of trying to use the app, it once again forced me to rate my experience and opened this review screen. So fine, here’s what I think: GOOD: It tells me pretty reliably about changes to my Twitter count, although it does get the reasons wrong. BAD: Ok here we go 1. Absolutely zero response to multiple customer service requests where I was locked out of my account for months. 2. Instagram follower tracking is just straight up wrong. It lists more than 100 “unfollowers” who are definitely following me. This has been the case for a couple of weeks. 3. Want to see other people’s Instagram stories from inside the app? Too bad - sometimes they load, sometimes they don’t. Restarting the app changes nothing. 4. Sometimes you land on screens with no back buttons so there’s literally no way to proceed without tanking the app and starting over. The new interface is unworkable. 5. Incessant demands to rate whether or not you like the app. Like, every single time. But please, ask me to review your app again tomorrow. I’d love that.

This app works great but one time I logged in and when I went back to the actual Instagram app it said my account had suspicions activity and I needed to change password

Every time I open the app it gets stuck on 0% loading and won’t go further

I had been using this as a free app with no problems but saw some reviews saying that it had issues. As soon as I paid to remove ads it now hangs at 1% when analysing my twitter followers (IG still works fine). I hope they fix it as I got it mostly for twitter!

I can’t use the application on my acc (rate limit exceeded )and wen i wait 300sc, nothing happened??

This thing was so simple you could see who was following and unfollowing and could constantly stay on top of it and all you had to do was occasionally watch an ad.. now it’ll be smooth the first time you check your Twitter or Instagram but when you go click on the other to check that it just says “analysing” and nothing ever comes up..
