Clunky
I really loved the old version and enjoyed playing it / feeling like I was friends with my opponents. But the new version had endless adverts and feels impersonal sadly.

Enjoying this variation on the opening moves in Scrabble, but those ads are a pain and don’t ever appear to end, just keep repeating. I know you have to have them to pay for the game, but please fix this unnecessary intrusion. Thanks.
This game could really take off but for the craven greed of the makers bombarding the player with intrusive ads to nudge, no sledgehammer into paying a subscription fee to remove the ads. A one-off fee would be more in order, this feels like extortionate pricing.
Good game but adverts so annoying had to delete - if it was a reasonable price would consider buying
The original version of this game from a few years ago was great: simple, clean, not too many ads, cheap price if you wanted to go ad-free. The new version is nowhere near as good: it feels as though it’s aimed at kids. It looks like a cartoon, tutorials are patronising (and can’t be skipped), and there are loads of pointless ‘gimmicks’ (they keep giving you coins to spend on avatars that have no impact on gameplay whatsoever). Ads are very invasive, and the only ad-free options are monthly or annual subscription which is exorbitant. No one-off option. So disappointing - they’ve chased the cash and stuck two fingers up at their users, making this a rubbish experience all round.
The ads are easily dispensed with, thankfully. The coins (a daily ‘gift’) are pointless as there isn’t really anything to use them for. Would have been a 69p game back in the good old days; it’s not as good as it thinks it is.
Game interesting enough and quite well done but jeez the ads are invasive and go on for ever. I can’t justify the ad free price. Another annoyance is if you are looking like winning the other player can just leave and the game is left in limbo. There should be a feature that if you are behind in points and don’t play your turn in x days then the game win defaults to other player and stats are updated accordingly.
Great concept, but over complicated and weird to navigate with too many patronising pop-ups and far too many inescapable adverts.
Fab
Good game but every 3/4 goes you have to sit through 2 ads. I’d pay for the game and one off, but £4.99/month?! Absolutely not. Sadly I’ve deleted it.
