This app is so questionable it doesn’t even open it just stays on the logo loading screen.

TX.IS delivers tickets to your favourite events from different promoters, directly and securely to your phone. From there you can:

TX.IS is a free app that integrates directly with ticket systems, enabling tickets to be delivered to your phone automatically after purchase. There's no need to open emails or click links. Once installed, TX.IS enabled tickets simply pop up on your phone with a notification to say they've arrived and ready to use.
- Send Tickets to Friends (and get them back!) -
Avoid waiting outside the venue (usually in the rain) to give late-running friends their tickets. Instead, send tickets quickly and securely to the people that will join you, then enter the venue immediately on arrival - safe, dry and with an opportunity for early drinks! Your friend suddenly needs to self-isolate and is 30 miles away? No problem! TX.IS allows you to get the ticket back and send it on to someone else.

No need to remember your paper ticket or go searching for a ticket email sent to you 6 months ago. TX.IS automatically stores tickets on your phone; easy to access and ready to use. When you arrive at the venue, TX.IS displays your tickets perfectly for scanning - so there's no need to start flattening out your creased print at home tickets or (even worse) resize your eTicket barcodes on your phone to gain entry. Pointless
Why force the download of an app that needs personal information to be stored on another database to be able to see a ticket I purchased elsewhere!
As a customer irritating and very poor - if you are a club / event avoid as it looses customers
This is a dreadful app. Having to find a login online and then download is so poor. My airline tickets can download from my email to my apple wallet. Why do I need another APP. Then trying to get the app to find the online login is also a pain. If you are a club I would strongly suggest that you do NOT use as this is actively making less likely to attend!!!
Utter rubbish
Log on hopeless. No doubt this thing makes money for someone but for the user all it does is add a pointless extra barrier to obtaining a ticket. Utter rubbish
Broken qr
I can’t enlargen the qr code, every time i try the app closes
Useless
The app crashes as soon as you click anything. Such a shame that I have to use the app for sidemen charity match as it doesn’t work.
Tap to Zoom
I just wanted to say that if you going to have an app with a QR code and pictures of the venue with a tap to zoom feature, the tap to zoom on the code and pictures should work without crashing the app.
App not user friendly or necessary
I just can’t understand why people keep making these apps when they already exist. The existing ones are already not great and this one is even worse. If you are going to reinvent the wheel, at least improve it.

Can’t download the app at all? Can you fix it please?
App doesn’t work
Bought tickets on website. App is supposed to work with email and password used on website but it fails. What a waste of space. Such a simple tech error. Fire the CTO.
