TYCAD讓您透過平板或手機，現場丈量輕鬆繪製設計圖形，隨時展示設計成果，實現與客戶間良好互動溝通。
房仲繪製格局圖、開放空間繪製逃生路線、公共空間繪製區域說明、...，最佳解決方案，隨時隨地都能夠向客戶展示成果。
無需傳統的丈量工具，只要有TYCAD 就能夠通過設置腳步的長度，利用步伐轉換長度，達到測量的目的來實現繪製。
TYCAD 提供建築繪圖功能，不但能快速畫出牆線、門窗等圖形，更提供量身定製功能，可依實際需求添加各種樣式的門窗。
上傳設計圖至雲端平台，透過連結與客戶分享設計成果，也可以透過語音方式與客戶交流。

自動續費服務說明
1、服務名稱：連續包月(1個月)會員
（1）訂閱週期：1個月
（2）訂閱價格：每1個月 NT$ 210.00 元
（3）訂閱續訂：在每個月到期前24小時，自動在蘋果iTunes帳戶按訂閱金額扣費，並延長1個月會員有效期
2、服務名稱：連續包季(3個月)會員
（1）訂閱週期：3個月
（2）訂閱價格：每3個月 NT$ 630.00 元
（3）訂閱續訂：在每3個月到期前24小時，自動在蘋果iTunes帳戶按訂閱金額扣費，並延長3個月會員有效期
3、服務名稱：連續包半年(6個月)會員
（1）訂閱週期：6個月
（2）訂閱價格：每6個月 NT$ 1,260.00 元
（3）訂閱續訂：在每6個月到期前24小時，自動在蘋果iTunes帳戶按訂閱金額扣費，並延長6個月會員有效期
4、服務名稱：連續包年(1年)會員
（1）訂閱週期：1年
（2）訂閱價格：每1年 NT$ 2,290.00 元
（3）訂閱續訂：在每1年到期前24小時，自動在蘋果iTunes帳戶按訂閱金額扣費，並延長1年會員有效期
5、扣款說明: 本服務是出於TYCAD會員對於自動續費的需求，在TYCAD會員已開通本服務的前提下，避免TYCAD會員因疏忽或其他原因導致未能及時續費造成損失而推出的服務，如您開通本服務，則視為您授權TYCAD有權在您的TYCAD會員即將到期時，從您的iTunes帳戶餘額中代扣下一個計費週期費用。該服務實現的前提是您已將TYCAD會員帳號與iTunes帳戶綁定，且可成功從上述帳戶中扣款，因上述帳戶中可扣款餘額不足導致的續費失敗，由您自行承擔。
6、除非在當前訂閱週期結束前至少24小時取消自動續費訂閱，否則訂閱將自動續訂。
7、取消訂閱：打開蘋果手機進入“設置”，選擇“iTunes Store與APP Store”，點擊“Apple ID”，選擇“查看Apple ID”進入帳戶設置，選擇“訂閱”，進入連續包月/季/月會員，選擇TYCAD會員 取消訂閱。如未在訂閱期結束的至少24小時前關閉訂閱，此訂閱將會自動續訂。
