Turn off wifi
Hello to all the people complaining about adverts, turn off your wifi. I’ve never used it for playing games. If i need it I’ll turn it on but otherwise, no wifi = no adverts.

In most anagram games, you search for new combinations within a single word, but in Typeshift, you search within three to five words stacked & scrambled up together.
Shift columns of letters up and down as you try to spell words in the center row. Play continues until you have used all letters in a puzzle at least once.
Special Clue Puzzles combine Crosswords with Anagrams as you match clever clues provided by Typeshift's various puzzle authors.

Great game but…
Playing this game is good but then having an advert about Family Island where you get some animation where a guy betrays his partner by trying to fornicate some wh0re come up in the middle of playing is definitely not called for. Apple should regulate the ads and the games to make sure that filthy animated pornographic ads depicting pre-fooking acts is not allowed. Obviously, I’ve deleted the game.
Too many ads
There are so many ads, and the ads are so intrusive, the game is just not fun to play. I know some of that is the platform but assume app (or game) devs have some control as well. Example: just now I had a 30 second ad. (For a stupid looking game I have 0 interest in but that keeps getting pushed at me dozens of times per day). At the end of the 30 second ad, it just kept going (no option to “x” out of the ad). Waited about 10 seconds but still no option. Clicked on the screen to see if X appeared. No…. I was just bounced to the App Store to try to get me to download the game. Back to the app. Another timer that I had to sit through with more pitches on this same game. Finally was able to close the ad. Deleting this app as it is not worth playing with the intrusive ads.
Allows words it can’t find a definition for.
Good, makes you think but allows words it can’t find a definition for. And then there’s the obscure dialectic words from who knows when or where.
Disappointed and frustrated!
I like playing this word game but I have just purchased the Senior Pack for £1.79. The payment has been taken but the Senior Pack is nowhere to be seen. Very disappointing. Refund please!!
Needs a subscription model
Love the game but paying for packs is just too expensive and more than it’s worth. I would gladly pay a one-off fee or monthly subscription but I won’t be buying expensive packs that don’t last long.
Love the game
I do love the game - but the dictionary linked to it is absolutely stupid. Many times the game allows a word that the dictionary says does not exist. Not helpful.
Still seeing ads in paid for option and not for a British audience
I’m still seeing ads even though I’ve upgraded to a paid for pack. Also as others have said, it’s very annoying to have American English spellings and reference to Webster’s Dictionary in a game that’s sold to a British audience! I won’t be purchasing any further packs.
Frustrating
For a word game that is supposed to be in English, too much American slang words and unknown US abbreviations. Would be better to have more proper words that can be found in a dictionary.
Fab game
Easily the best word puzzle app going: light years ahead of the pack! Daily puzzle a must. But please more puzzles to download!! Please!!!!
