i hate this app

So, i was just playing the game, a normal day. It is a game that i have at school so i decided to get it at home and i got to world 2 level 2 and I got all the answers correct… until… all of a sudden it was saying i was getting it wrong when clearly, even on the keyboard on the screen, i was getting it right and the blue letter was turning red. It said the letter on the screen in red. On the wack a mole one. Otherwise, it is an amazing game and i would still play it a lot if not for that glitch. Anyway, please patch this bug and goodbye! (P.S to newcomers this app is amazing pls play it helps you soooooooooo much in typing faster. Even this message i wrote in like 30 seconds because of improving with this app.)

For some reason the keyboard stops working in this game. Have tried 3 different keyboards and it still does it. Please let me know how to fix this? I love the concept of this so am disappointed it doesn’t work after purchasing!

I absolutely love this app, I think it’s brilliant, I really needed to practise not only my speed but definitely my accuracy. The only thing wrong with this app is, no matter what I finish I can’t get enough stars to continue going up the levels, and I’m finding that so frustrating. I want to go up to where I can learn symbols and numbers but it won’t allow me. I’ve gone back and got higher scores, but it still won’t give me extra stars to go on, so that’s a definite drawback of this free game. But for beginners, I would say it’s a win win.

This game has taught me so much I love it and I am nearly as good as my teacher. Love it

娘が楽しくプレイしています。ありがとうございます。 ただ、アイコンを変更したら、リセット？されてしまったようです。直前までワールド6をやっていて、7番目まで星が２つずつ集めてありましたが、アイコン変更後は1番目のステージしか入れず、一度もプレイしたことがないかのように星が消えています。 問い合わせ先を探しましたが見つからなのでこちらに書き込みます。

途中までは正しい入力で遊べましたが、今は、何を押しても不正解となり遊べなくなりました。

子どものi Pad(第9世代)に、Bluetoothキーボードで使おうとしたところ、打ち込んだ文字は認識されて、設定もできたのですが、いざ入力の練習をしようとすると、打った文字がズレた場所に入り、スタートされません。

以前よりパソコン版で楽しく子供と練習させていただいております。 可愛くて親子で大ファンです。 こんなに素敵なタイピングソフトをありがとうございます。 子供用のBluetoothキーボードを買ったので、家族共用のiPad Airでも気軽に練習できると楽しいだろうと思いインストールしたのですが、Bluetoothキーボードが認識されず… iPad Air自体にはきちんとペアリングされてメモ帳に入力したり出来る状態なので、アプリがBluetoothキーボード対応していないのかもと思い、USBキーボードを純正の3カメラアダプタでiPad Airに繋ぎ、再チャレンジしましたが、やはり認識できませんでした。 試しに同じ事を自分のiPhone12 miniでもやってみましたが、どちらのキーボードも認識されました。 iPad AirのiOSは12.5.7ですが、モデル番号から見るに、第1世代(約10年前のもの)です。 App Storeの互換性の項目にはこのiPadに対応と書いてますが、厳しいでしょうか？ もしも対応が可能であれば、ぜひよろしくお願いいたします。
