DISCOVER THE ONLY BOAT APP YOU NEED AT SEA!
TZ iBoat is the most advanced boat navigation app on the market, it gathers all the features necessary for safe maritime navigation:
Experience the revolutionary TZ MAPS: a cutting-edge marine chart format that integrates Raster and Vector data, detailed land information, high-resolution satellite photos, and high-resolution Bathymetry. Unlock the full potential of TZ MAPS with a 7-day free trial.
- AIS ONLINE: access AIS targets beyond your local receiver’s range by connecting to our global AIS network via the Internet. When enabled, any AIS targets within your local receiver’s range will automatically be shared with the community. Note: This feature requires the AIS module, which must be purchased to enable AIS Online.

- COMMUNITY MAPS: contribute to the marine chart data in your navigation area by commenting, note-taking, voting, and modifying or deleting objects such as buoys, obstructions, and points of interest (restaurants and supply stores) in a participative way that benefits the whole TIMEZERO community, developing the most reliable and precise boat map.

- DYNAMIC MOORINGS: discover classified nearby anchorages based on weather forecasts and topography. Dynamic color coding (Red, Orange, Green) provides wind direction for optimized anchorage comfort.
- DYNAMIC LIGHTS: visualize light sectors according to your boat’s position and field of vision. Navigation lights on the map can flash in accordance with your position. Highlighted and flashing lights represent only those within your actual field of vision.
- SMART SEARCH: access a high-performance search engine to find any information on our marine charts (tide stations, rocks, buoys, etc.) as well as in your user object database (marks, routes. etc.). No more wasted time searching your map for a marina; enter the name and it will be automatically located on the map.
- SMART ZONE: Set up an alarm for when your boat enters or leaves specific areas on the nautical chart (e.g., restricted areas). Configure the types of affected to suit your preferences. Display NavData to see a list of all zones in which your boat is located.

ATTENTION FISHERMEN! The following features have been developed especially for you:

- BATHYVISION: Discover the best bottom data available and display it dynamically and intuitively in color and/or with contour lines. Adjust the contour lines’ density and shading to focus precisely on high-potential fishing areas.

- EVENT AND CATCH: Save all your catches (weight, size, and photo) and build your fishing, seamlessly integrated with your nautical chart.

TZ iBoat Reviews

5 Stars for the app and TZ iboat support

Roberto352 on

I bought this app last year and it worked fine for several months. It then would crash in a matter of seconds and was unusable. I contacted TZ iboat support and they asked for the logs. I finally was able to get the logs to them and they fixed the problem in their latest release.

It is awesome to be able to pull out my phone to plan my next overnighter, to double check the miles on my float plan, or to just explore a new area I am hoping to fish! Thank you TZ iBoat!!!

Big power, small package

TZ is all I need for voyage planning and the real-time passagemaking. Very sophisticated. Deep bench of tools, widgets and data inputs. Not free but a superb value.

Solid nav app

This is my favorite of the nav apps. Lots of good features and layers while still very easy to use.

Works great. We are infrequent boaters a d this saved us buying more electronics than we wanted.

Best Nav app available

Cdrpilot on

United States

Once upon a time I advocated for a different app. After it sold, the new owners became greedy. TZiBoat and Navionics are the only ones I’ll recommend now. On any day, I’m navigating with TZiBoat as I find it easy to use: to select WP, to develop routes (manually, I still do not teach the use of auto-routing except for quick time-distance checks), and incorporation of weather, tides and currents. The graphics are spectacular and ease of use is wonderful. I’ve never found serious errors in the charts and find the pricing to be fair for all you receive.

Phenomenal tech

Jayzona on

TZ has made our life much simpler navigating our boat. We have weather, current, tide, AIS, anchoring info all in one place along with the most advanced mapping and planning system.

Great Nav App

Nereia on

United States

Great navigation app for planning and use on the water. I particularly like the integration of weather information, both on-line and off-line, into the app, as well as the mooring weather prediction feature. I also use iBoat’s AIS monitoring while underway, and remote anchor monitoring when anchored - great for tracking the boat when we are ashore!

Best mobile charting app

Skipper gar on

United States

Beats all the others in ease of use, range of geographical coverage and user graphics and layers.
