U-Abo

I am trying to scan my QR code and it doesn’t focus at all and giving tech error all the time. The log in is also glitching and not allowing me to log in. Please fix the app!

Since I updated the app, it’s not working anymore, as it crushes everytime I launch it. And my monthly travelcard is save in it. How am I supposed to prove I have one when I am checked?!

Das Netz ist hervorragend. Deckt alle Orte ab die ich brauche. ABER der Aufpreis ist für Mindestlöhner wie mir ein Schlag ins Gesicht. Ich hoffe, dass sich das ändert.

Ich wollte ein U-Abo lösen. Zuerst versuchte ich es auf der Swisspass Seite. Obwohl diese die Option anbietet, hat es nicht funktioniert. Es hiess immer, es gäbe kein solches Angebot. Auf Grund einer Empfehlung der SBB Community löste ich das U-Abo auf der TNW-Seite auf den Swisspass, was dann wie erwünscht funktionierte. Später wollte ich das U-Abo auf die U-Abo App laden, wo ja diese Option angeboten wird. Trotzdem hat auch das nicht geklappt. Es hiess immer, dass dieses U-Abo nicht gefunden wurde. Hier gibt es noch einiges zu optimieren.

For months now, I’ve been struggling with this app trying to charge me 30CHF more than the actual monthly pass costs. I’ve been in touch with the support about it, but none of their actions resolved my issue. Not even their “uninstall-reinstall” request. This app is a pure disappointment.

Wollte für meinen minderjährigen Sohn ein neues Jahresabo lösen. Keine der Zahlungsoptionen hat funktioniert. Das Abo schliesslich am Ticketautomaten gelöst. Wollte dann das gekaufte Abo in der App hinterlegen, die mir weiter ein neues Abo verkaufen wollte. Prinzipiell gute Idee, so leider unbrauchbar.

Hilfreich wäre, wenn die App einen an das erneuern des Abos erinnern würde. Vielleicht gibt es die Option, aber ich hab sie noch nicht entdeckt.
