Cannot register
Hi, when I try to register, the app say my hand phone number is already registered. Then I try using forgot password option, then app say my hand phone number is not register.
Not all shops award rewards
Apparently not all shops are engaged in this program? Was at Thomson Plaza and told this was the case...
Cannot open Apps
Apps cannot be opened at all
Tenants unaware of Uol u-popp
Not all tenants in the mall are aware of the vouchers redeemable via the app. It is not as efficient as capitaland. I had to ask if the vouchers are redeemable. Pretty disappointing to be honest.
