I used to apply renewal resident visa of my family member very easy to used attach all needed documents, payment and approved, no need to go in typing center and wasting money.

The app is just useful for emirates id details. Other than that it is completely useless. Visa application? Better apply to travel agencies. Even the refund for these, they are making it very hard to process. They will always return your application with reasons that you will find it hard to complete. Waste of time and money.

I encountered several issues while applying for my lost ID and one of them is the page is crushing and if you go to a different app (I’m using iPhone) 10’sh sec the page will reload and all the details I input was gone. (Ofcouse I need to check some details on the other page).

I can’t edit profile info in this apps, I register using the uae pass app. Please fix the glitch in editing information details.

Why I cannot download the old version of this app I really need to open this up but need to update to version 10.0 and my phone did not reach yet on that version and it says I can download the old version but when I try to download, it’s not working please help

I can’t access ICP app thru my UAE pass. It’s always error

The idea is good so that no need for us to carry our EID everywhere. Esp to people like me who doesnt want to carry my wallet all the time. However, the app is not working so well on Iphone 7 and lower IOS. there are glitches especially in the calendar. I cannot select the date properly that’s why I cannot register.

Always show Error "Please check the selected nationality" even i already select.

Because of ICA I loose my job in abudhabi ,I stuck in Philippines until now!

I really love this app for monitoring the Residence Permit/Visa of my Daughter. Thank you ICA for creating and maintaining this app.
