Very poor support from this vendor. No information on updates.

The app will not recognize your Beacon Wi-Fi until you turn off the cell data on your phone or tablet. After that, it works as advertised.

Stays stuck on the screen that says connect to wifi even after it’s connected.

Maybe it’s the new iPhone, but judging on a bunch of past reviews, it doesn’t look like in the only one. Will not initiate past the first page. And when you use your buddy’s phone (which somehow works) then the directions are poorly illustrated. Sadly disappointed in this app.

Application would not advance to the next screen after signing into its WiFi network....says return to app after signing in, but will not allow further progress or proceeding to the next step.

This app is awful. Just get the frozen first page. Tried all the trouble shooting tips, no joy. Wish I had picked another system! No stars for you!

Used it for two years, works great.

Will connect once, but will not go past first page of app. Subsequent connections will not make unless you remove the WiFi from memory and re set set ssid and password each time. Even then, once connected it may not get past fist config screen. $2000 app that doesn’t work and renders the airplane unuseable☹️

Could not get the app to move past initial start screen. Tried redownloading app, shutting phone off and turning on.

The first issue of the programmer work flawlessly. Now if you have the app open and shut the nav lights off you can not reconnect unless you clear the app cache by double clicking the home button and swiping it away. I have cycled this multiple times and always the same. I have also experienced slow wireless logins after the update. The old app was lightning fast. I am on IOS 13.2 however I did an install on the original app on 13.2 before the update with no issue. From a listed installer.
