Thanks Team. I’m locked out of my accounts because someone with too much time on their hands wants to change everything! It’s 0400, I need to get into my account to run my business and I’m faced with starting my new App. Follow the prompts as instructed and for some unknown reason, none of my existing passwords or PIN’s are working on the new (improved??) App. Can you contact someone at this time, of course not! Can I pay bills now, of course not! But if I wait another 4hours, no doubt my frustration and state of being somewhat miffed may have eased.

This app is deprecated and should no longer be downloaded. You need the ubank with the purple and teal icon instead.

Absolute trash bank. Debit card hardly works can’t instant transfer. If you like frustrations this is THE bank for YOU.

The App is so easily adaptable to be able to move around once you sign in. Also for retirees, it is great that as soon as the lending interest rate goes up, the percentage is passed on to savings accounts. Guess the upside to this the same applies if lending rate does come down, which is understandable,

I can’t transfer money out, the SMS and Notification isn’t working. I’m stuck. Such a bad experience when dealing with peoples money. your system is broken fix it!

Delayed transaction display and faulty button

I made a transfer and it did not immediately show on my transactions. I don’t know whether it was time (3 or 4 minutes) or going out and back in to the account transaction display? Also the button labelled display bonus interest criteria just went to “was this helpful” Yes / No. ???!!!!

Can not transfer fund
