Love this app! Customer support team was extremely kind and helpful. They helped me get set up with a trainer in my area and I booked my first session right away. My Trainer is super friendly and knowledgeable. I have been training with him for the past two months and I’m excited to keep going! Love the app, love my Trainer, and super friendly support team. Highly recommend UBFit😃
I purchased and signed on for a year of training. I booked the first trainer and she canceled. I booked the second trainer and received confirmation from UBFit. I hired childcare and prepared and the trainer never showed. I called the trainer and she said she has not be a part of the organization for over a year and didn’t know why the company continues to advertise her and book appointments with her. These were enough red flags. I called to cancel and was charged over $600 for cancelling my contract. II fulfilled my part by purchasing and booking sessions. UBFit failed to send a trainer. UBFit has you sign a contract, not provide trainers and when you quit and want your money back because you did not receive services they take your money for early cancellation. Bait and switch.
Not user friendly and terrible to manage
Ub Fit scammed me by promising a female trainer for my 11-year-old daughters. When the trainer later claimed to be fully booked and unable to continue, I checked the app for a female trainer but found none available. Despite this, Ub Fit continued to charge me, insisting I was under contract.

Been working with My trainer that I found on this app for over a year now I purchased a 6 months program and all my sessions never expired even though I couldn't use within my term due to health issues , customer Service is absolute amazing and always ready to help when I needed help my trainer Chris is absolutely the best definitely recọmmend
From a PT perspective it’s a waste of money. You do not get a potential client until maybe 6 months in. I’ve done the recommendations they said would bring in more clients but that’s false. On top of that if you don’t responded less than 24 hours from contact they will close your account. This app is a scam with a non refundable application fee because they know they can’t bring in potential clients. They market more to trainers joining then people who want a PT. If you want to be an unsuccessful trainer you should join this app. I regret giving them a chance to help me grow my PT business because I thought they would help me market PT. I highly don’t recommend them as a sustainable platform to grow a training business.
This app was really helpful. I found the perfect trainer that could fit into my busy schedule. Plus the memberships are so affordable.
Helpful signing up, was reassured that would be able to schedule time w trainer. Now that I paid cannot schedule with the 3 trainers available in my city. One cancelled last min, one cannot do regular hours, one did not reply. No refunds.
