Zero Cell for 100% of the trip
I bought this eSIM for a trip to Panama. I did not have service at all (though often showed bars and said Ubigi). Everyone else on the trip had regular reliable service using different eSIM providers.
“An unknown error has occurred”
Not able to add data plan. Constant error message. Unfortunate.
Not starting
Now not working on all ios 14 and below devices. Will not be forced to upgrade/update my ios just to serve this one company. By updating my ios I would loose functionality in too many other working apps. If that means parting with ubigi and find a different eSim company so be it!!!

Flat out….this site does NOT deliver. Most of the time there is no sim connection, when there should be. No further comments necessary.

Service is good, app is terrible
Never before have I seen a buggier app. Want to see your data plans? Unless you are connected to ultra fast internet (and even if you are), it runs into an error almost every time. I’ve had massive issues getting signed out randomly and not having an easy integration with the passwords app. Not to mention it’s impossible to see how much data you have used because the app always errors out.
Used in Turkey and Japan
Easy to install, great speeds, fair prices. Certainly easier than buying a sim at the airport and spending money on data you may not use. Recommending to a friend.
Won’t work in Europe!?
I paid the plan Europe and USA and I think I got scammed 9 bucks because when I clicked it and paid it I had no service at all. As a customer this is not acceptable I restarted it multiple times and even restarted the eSIM but nothing worked. Not even your support team helped with this situation!? I’m not satisfied…
Worked without issue
Prices are better than anything you’ll find in an airport and the eSIM worked instantly once I touched down in Japan. Great speed and signal stability, so my battery didn’t tank during every long day outside. Post your referral code on Reddit and you get a 50% discount, too! Great stuff.
