Ubiquiti WiFiman Reviews

Won’t Launch on MacOS 15.2

LaneC on

United States

It won’t even open for me. From such a well known company this isn’t a reasonable version of the app to have live in 2025.

Helpful Wi-Fi Test and Monitor

David Grey on

United States

The app shows signal strength, speed, and AP used. Was useful for placing and configuring AP for better reception. Hints about how to improve connection performance were very helpful.

V1.33.00 not great

gamer1408 on

United States

Latest version is not as good as previous. The shortcuts section always in your face is a bit annoying. And “start speed test” is disabled randomly sometimes.

Lifesaver 🪄

Carographer on

United States

The prettiest and most intuitive wifi analyzer I've ever used. Helped me understand my wifi network, dead spots with a clean visual layout. I finally moved my router to where it needed to be and understand what I needed to do to with my wifi mesh. Absolute lifesaver 💎 I have great internet across my multi story home and can work, watch tv and play in peace

Best Free WiFi Tool

Slushbob6 on

United States

This newest update allowing for WiFi analysis on ANY WiFi network is amazing, I can’t believe it’s not just limited to Ubiquiti anymore. Kudos to the devs that figured out the Shortcut trick to get this to work. Nicely done.

Feature limited

Puresito on

United States

Great app but limited for iPhone users, the floor plan feature which allows a visual zone of signal strength does not work on iPhone, for android users the feature optimizes the app for sure.

Useless without gateway device

jengo on

United States

Sadly this app is basically useless unless you use unifis very basic gateway devices. I have all unifi except the router which I use pfsense for.
