This app has the worst user experience . Recently made payments for my order and what I received is my money is blocked in their payment gateway isnt this amazing to donate some money to a huge institution on name of food . Expected the developer to improve payment gateway either for outlets or for users

If there was normal cash transaction or upi transaction there wouldnt be any of the chaos which happens now . We have to rely on this app every single time . If our bank servers our down how are we able to eat anything . It means No app No food just be hungry . Modernisation in this college is a curse .
