Highlighting is almost impossible, it is so frustrating and why do I have to choose the highlighting color every single time I highlighted something

The online version freezes up a lot and doesn’t update whenever you complete a quiz or lab.

Ive used ucertify for numerous certs. The app has always been a bit buggy but now i cant even sign in. No response from support.

What’s the point of having a phone number if nobody answers?

Hello, love the app, but Ned’s improvements for sure. I cannot select individual text selection to rehear, highlight, etc…..

page syncs dont work properly. ill know i read a page but it will not update the next time i load the app up and continually says i missed reading on some lessons

Course won’t open

To be fair, my degrees and specialty is in business marketing, with customer engagement. with customer engagement. my sole problem with this app is I am an audio learner and it would not show that I read the book. If I only listen to it, now this would’ve been such a problem. however, I had to go into the webpage check each subchapter. In order to move forward with that being said process automation is a big deal to me and time is my most valuable asset. I feel that if you’re going to have an audio portion once I consume that information, I shouldn’t have to go into the program and check a box to say that I just did with the computer should’ve automated so either this is a grain of salt or a mountain. For me, it’s a mountain.

Anyway around it ? So I click link in school website, then it opens the app ucertify learn automatically but then only thing I can do in app is read instructions or watch video. It’s missing the virtual platform

It hasn’t updated my new course at all and will not let me find it
