This app is really frustrating when it comes to call sound quality and connection issues. We constantly struggle to communicate with our clients due to the poor sound and robotic crackling. Some days phone calls get cut out before it even rings.
This app is sadly not worth your time. Besides having visual design that reminds of the 90s with terrible layouts and graphics, it also does not work. The app for the last year has failed in its basic functions: calls do not come through, calls fail and calls cut out. The company has blamed the local network many times as the cause of the app not working, however none of my other VoIP apps (FaceTime Audio and Facebook Messenger for example) have the same issue. As far as I am concerned the app is simply poorly coded, resulting in said issues. Please save yourself your time and do not download this app.
