Uconnect LIVE offers you a broad range of services so you can stay connected to your vehicle and bring your digital world on board.
Mopar® Connect services
Travel safely and monitor your car with the Mopar® Connect suite of services. Below you can find the list of services offered by Mopar® Connect:
my:Assistant
An operator is on hand to provide you with 24-hour support in the event of a crash, breakdown or theft of the vehicle
my:RemoteControl
You can lock and unlock car doors, unlock boot, locate the car on the map and receive a message alert if your car leaves a preset area
my:Car
Get up-to-date information on the status of your vehicle: check the fuel/battery level or the tire pressure from your smartphone
my:Journey
View and manage your trips with dates, maps and personal notes
my:eCharge (only for Fiat Professional E-Ducato)
Allows you to find, use, pay and track electric charges at public charging stations and to to manage charging with a Connected Wallbox
HOW TO ACTIVATE:
Activating Mopar® Connect services is very simple: complete the first activation step at an FCA Authorized Dealerships, receive an email and follow the link, register your account or log in. Once you have confirmed your vehicle data, you will receive an email when the Mopar® Connect services are active and available on both the Uconnect LIVE app and the DriveUconnect.eu website.

Vores Fiat 500C er væk
Appen åbner en hjemmeside, men når jeg logger på denne får jeg en besked om, at jeg ikke har nogle aktive biler. Den var dog registreret i Uconnect appen ! Man får også at vide der kommer en ny app hvilket er meget tiltrængt, men ikke hvornår den kommer !? Alt i alt endu en dårlig oplevelse ! Opdatering. Nu mener Fiat jeg skal købe et Mopar Connect abonnement. Men det understøtter min bil slet ikke - amatører ! Jeg skal bare have Uconnect app’en tilbage, som de har lovet siden 1 jan. 23. Gerne i en ny version der rent faktisk virker. Jeg ved ikke hvad der sker for Fiat, men hvis dette er hvad de byder deres kunder, får det snart ende for dette mærke, for det er der ingen der gider.
Fuldkommen håbløst!
Stop med at holde folk for nar ved at bede om VIN osv. Fik nu bare problemet. Man kan ikke logge ind, hverken på web eller app! Fiat i en nøddeskal.
Fantastisk dårlig brugeroplevelse
Har brugt flere timer på at connecte uden held. Ingen forklaring af hvorfor - blot at man skal gå til hjemmesiden. Så ringe!
