開啟 udn news app，就會蓋掉其他音樂 app，這是這是什麼神奇設計 ? 請改一下吧，不要為了廣告，犧牲了使用者體驗。
已訂閱也已付費為何無法閱讀？
udn這個app怎麼這麼不好用？這個問題造成我的困擾，請儘快協助解決
很不方便
已經訂閱，都不能打開 很後悔
新聞越來越偏頗、無重點
為了新聞流量寫聳動社群標題，又只會整理網友留言，絲毫沒有媒體中立性，把讀者當白痴一樣，非常失望，udn 集團只有轉角國際值得看，決定卸載已經安裝 8 年的 app
音樂會被中斷
每次開啟此APP時，播放中的音樂(如 apple music，spotify) 都會被中斷，非常不友善。
可以刪除暫存檔案嗎？
App使用久了，占用iPhone儲存空間情況就越嚴重，導致每隔一陣子就必須刪除App重新安裝，請問可以加入刪除暫存檔案功能嗎？
客服及退費服務
原不想續訂被扣款且連繫不上客服而感到不悅，然事後客服員親切的解釋並在隔日退款，本人對此感到滿意，日後仍會優先考慮訂閱此家報社。
強迫續訂扣款
我沒有要續訂就直接扣款，找客服ㄧ直播不通電話，這是強迫續訂，對消費者很不公平
