Требуют персональные данные и фотографии. Отказывают ссылаясь на неправильно сделанные фото. Исправляешь, делаешь, как они требуют. Снова отказывают, но ссылаясь, что водительское удостоверение не международного формата. Я водитель с 2002 года. Мой опыт вождения был в разных странах и по горному серпантину. А почему бы вам сразу не указывать в правилах, что именно вам нужно? Прежде, чем люди поделятся с вами своими персональными данными и своими фотографиями?
Super convenient and easy to use!
Its a very nice experience with Udrive very easy to access. Very nice for the new license holder.
This is probably a great service. But let down by its tech. The app crashes when you try and upload an image. And the mobile website doesn’t even have clickability to be able to upload an image. So I’m stuck. No registration so no car!!
The map for the cars is very inaccurate, a couple of times I have reserved a car for 15 minutes and walked for that duration only to arrive and find that there is no car there, resulting in having to get a taxi. A new feature has also been added which is ‘termination date’, today I approached 3 udrive cars nearby and each of them required a termination date. After trying multiple times to input a date and time trying various methods I then gave up and flagged down a taxi. The app is great and convenient when it works but from the majority of my experiences it has been quite unreliable.
Sometimes google maps doesn’t work. Need to add invoicing to the car that your driving! I’ve been charged sometimes without even knowing what for.
The Ford Mustang back tyre pressure is low on the driver side also the battery for the remote needs changing.
The new app simply isn’t as good as the first version. It shows cars in places but when you go to the location there’s no car. No fun searching for a car in hot sticky weather.
Udrive is far better than eKar, never had an issue, support is good, prices are good too, I just wish there was more cars available.
Please add: - Account management within the app (incl. viewing invoices, payments etc) - Rate per minute against each car Please improve: - Graphics and page load. Often it feels like the login page is a web page rather than part of the app - Details below each car is cut off / shorten with … - Location map of car. It should be possible to tap the map (after making a booking) to navigate within the app, instead of having to use another application - this is just frustrating - Ability to add photos of the car damage. This camera button is there but does not work on iOS - Ability to highlight / tag regular repair items such as or “service light on” or “windscreen wiper fluid finished” (in the U.K. this makes the car non-road legal - not sure in Dubai?) - Ability to flag serious issues that may impact safety of the next user such as “steering problem” - this would make for easier data processing on your side and rapid fixing of problems. Customers will not call when wait times are long. - Call Centre wait times are too long. When there’s a problem, a customer shouldn’t be waiting more than 2mins to speak to support (I’ve had to wait more than 5 mins on multiple occasions)
