UEFA Mobile Tickets

The app is not working correctly. Bought tickets, downloaded the app and logged in. Bought a new phone, cleaned out the old one and sold it. Now I can't access the app on the new iPhone. It says the app is already in use on another device and I can't log out of it. Customer service is not helping to resolve this issue. So I was left without tickets to the tune of 400 euros.

Keinen blassen Schimmer, für was die App die Nummer meines Personalausweises braucht… Oder eine aktive Bluetooth-Verbindung, wenn doch der QR-Code gescannt wird…

Es funktioniert überhaupt nicht.

Verlangt persönliche Daten die die UEFA einfach nichts angehen und die Ausrede ist das Märchen von der Eindämmung des Schwarzmarkts… als ob der nicht trotzdem laufen würde. UEFA rückbauen.

Unnecessary app and maximum complexity in order to gain more data. Why not use open standards and make it user friendly?

Auch mit dem zigsten erhalten Code ist eine Registrierung nicht möglich. Permanent erscheint „ungültiger Registrierungscode. Hotline oder sonstige Kontaktmöglichkeiten sind nicht angegeben. Katastrophal!
