Haven’t been able to log in since i joined the gym a few weeks ago

Just signed up and was told by the employee to use the app. What he didn’t tell me was that the app is garbage that doesn’t seem to work for anyone. Reviews a year old and the same problem persists? Awful service.

I have never been able to log into this app. I never received the “invitation” after signing up with UFC gym and none of my credentials have allowed me to log in or even “password reset”. This has been pretty frustrating as I have to give my phone number every time I visit the gym. No one at the gym or through the UFC support email has been able to assist me. Please help!

Its asking me for email and pasword and i never created an account, when i ask it to send me a link to re set my password i never get it, i simply cant even make an account

I used to be able to check in with my Apple Watch. With this new app that functionality went away. Unfortunately, I have to bring my phone in with me when I work out.

Why make a app if you can’t even pay your gym membership on it waste of a download does nothing for you

The app will not let me add the membership card to apple wallet

App works fine but I’m not able to add the membership card to my Apple wallet, that’s a huge convenience for most people.
