UFirst Credit Union

This app has been awful from the beginning. I have to use it since we moved out of state, but still have a business there. I haven’t been able to deposit a check. Ever. I have to put checks in another account and transfer it to this one. Transferring within the app is also glitchy and I can only transfer some of the time. I have complained about this and have not heard a response or seen a fix. I would love to close my account (the credit union itself isn’t much better) but I have to be there in person. Horrible institution all the way around.

Super easy to use and all the information I need right on my phone.

It's set up perfectly and It's great that you can add a password or face id to open it.

Great credit union. I like the service and friendly atmosphere. They have never let me down. I have been with them for a long time. I was always greeted with a smile.

Verifying transactions are a major pain

The app has everything right there to see at a glance your basic information. If you need more in depth information it’s easy to find.
