With Soundcraft® Ui MIDI mixer app you can comfortably assign "virtual" faders from your Ui mixer to the hardware MIDI controller using built-in "learn" function. You can now control all MICS, LINE inputs, SUBS, DRUMS or GUITAR volume (reverb, chorus, delay ...) using your hardware MIDI equipment like MIDI keyboards (with faders or knobs) or MIDI pedal etc. without touching the display!

You can remotely, comfortably and quickly enable/disable FX effects with your hardware buttons on your MIDI controller.

USB c iPads

Hi what happens with usb c iPads. Do you still need a camera adaptor or just a usb c to a adaptor? Sadly I need to update the old mini iPad as it’s not supported with the new os

Excellent app, excellent support

This is great, works in seamlessly with our gear first using an x-touch compact and now with the standard x-touch to allow me to control my ui24r along side a Midas M32. Whilst I initially had issues with connection, emailed support and had a prompt reply with exactly the solution I needed. Very pleased, well worth the money.

Uimidi app

One of my best buys if not the Best Buy with the best support. Very, very happy customer. The support is the best I have experience. Big Thanks for the prompt reply to my emails. You’re the best.

Excellent progress, needs some final touches

I have been able to successfully connect a bcf2000 to control my uni, BUT there is no midi output support, so, no motorised faders for me 😩... if this feature isn’t offered, its not exactly a failing of the app, but, I would really like to see midi feedback integrated so that I can have a proper hands on remote with active feedback on buttons and faders..... this seems to be a common theme among a few otherwise almost perfect iPad apps that integrate midi. I’m also missing access to via faders 5 & 6 on a ui24... I’d really appreciate access to those too :( They are my initial observations, if there’s any changes to the app, or I discover other quirks I shall update... The 3stars I have given it should really be 3.5, there’s definitely more good than bad, I don’t think it’s quite 4 stars yet, if all vca’s were assignable would bring it to 4 stars for me, midi feedback would bring it to 5. Another feature I thought might this may give me access to, is to assign a cross fader to two channels working in reverse of each other, but I’ve not yet been able to figure that one out either
