It gets walking to the nearest stop wrong. It got it right for the first couple of weeks but now misses walking routes (after I’d paid for it).

Dont say it’s live when its not
Told me 3 buses and all the times were inaccurate and then ended getting an uber after waiting 1 hour cuz the bus said “30” minutes and the bus ended up being behind it. Fix. Your. Times. Or change the advertising.

I downloaded this app a few minutes ago & have asked twice for a simple bus journey, ie my home to the supermarket about a mile + from my home. It keeps listing inappropriate buses that would entail a lengthy hilly walk to the shop; vert misleading indeed. I am now searching how to unsubscribe!
