Ok but some annoying interface stuff
Generally speaking this seems to work ok. I looked at a few different apps and ended up using this one. However there’s some elements that seem pointless: there is a slider on the tidal graphic wave that moves and changes the time code, but when you let go of it it snaps back to 11.58 ish. I try to click on the time to see if I can change it. But no I can’t. Not sure why this is. It would be good if the time slider stayed where you put it, that way I could see where the tide is at 6pm every day for example. Also if I’m looking at the tide in a certain location, then press the location button at the bottom of the screen, one might imagine you could change location… but no it just shows the location you are currently viewing and no others. Seems to be a pointless button then. It would be great to have a date set and then change location without the date defaulting back to today. So like I said. It works, but there could be a lot better functionality added with some quite simple changes.
