tired of logging in

I have this app on my phone and I have to login every single time I use it. Why can’t it stay open, at least for one whole day? I don’t really think anyone’s going to sneak into my account and nefariously clock in or out for me.

Broken for months

The app is completely broken for both the iPhone and android. It has not been updated in over a year and tech support has mot replied to many communications. Bang up job UKG. Kudos all around.

Not working

Retrieving app config. Cannot login anymore, please fix!!!

Doesn’t work on my ios 16.4

Doesn’t work anymore 5/4/23

Stopped working with iOS 16.2. “Retrieving app configuration” crazy a company as big as Kronos can’t have a stable app. Hasn’t had an update since 12/22. Unacceptable.

Please Invest More Into This App

Extremely dissatisfied with the performance of this app. The update didn’t seem to address any of its many issues. As other users have stated, in order to log in, you must temporarily put your phone into airplane mode. This is incredibly inconvenient and annoying when you need to log into different tasks throughout the day. Please pay attention to the feedback you are receiving from frustrated users.
