Hardly ever works
What’s the point of having an app that never seems to work?!? I have to go in earlier than normal for my shift because by the time the app finally allows me to clock in. I’m late.

Built to help simplify your work needs, the Workforce Central mobile app (formerly known as Kronos Mobile) provides employees and managers quick, secure access to Workforce Central.
Employees can punch in/out for work, check their schedules, time off, benefits, and pay. Managers can take care of exceptions as they come up, ensure staffing and schedules are good to go, take action on time off requests, and other and other key needs.
The Workforce Central mobile app also works offline, so don’t worry if you’re not able to connect to data. Your punches will be stored and the next time you’re connected, the punches will be sent off to Workforce Central.

Horrible app! Zero stars
The app crashes every few days. Very annoying and inconvenient especially when I need to check my schedule. Needs a update and a makeover. Very basic-looking app.
How are people supposed to use this app for work when it doesn’t even work?
This app has literally been broken for MONTHS. This is NOT a reliable app to use for work as it NEVER WORKS. There was an update 2 months ago and nothings changed. App’s been broken since at least the summer. This garbage app needs to be fixed. I had to give it 1 star because you can’t submit 0 stars. FIX THE APP
How is it this bad
This is so horrible put together, simple doesn’t work
Lowe’s mild support from UKG
Too many problems I can’t even log into my job schedule. I have.everything I need to check it, I just can’t do it on this app on my phone or on the computer.
Completely trash
Ever since the update, my UKG is constantly crashing. I have to either restart my phone to access my schedule or just go to work to to view my schedule without having any problems. This is frustrating.
Worst app I’ve ever used
I don’t think there is a single positive to be found about this app it’s a dumpster fire
GIVE US AN UPDATE, ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS

Does not function
This app does not work at all. It keeps logging in to a blank white screen or a “401 Authorization Required” screen. Please fix it and update it.
