Dear developers, Please look into it, After having One year subscription 4399/per year I am not able to start application Is this fake, I want my money back

Learning a language with Ule is based on spaced repetition method — a scientifically proven way to enrich vocabulary. We determine your current level of English and provide you with a tailored learning program. Each day you will learn 8 words, it's about 250 words per month or 3000 words per year.
To keep you in a good language shape we'll ask you to repeat learned words and expressions. The app contains 5 learning mechanics for better memorizing. You can choose specific topics of your interest among 29 areas.
Ule contains the following subscription options:
— Weekly with 3 days free trial at $9.99; Yearly with 3 days free trial at $99.99;
— Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged at the full price of the chosen subscription period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
— Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
— Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.
— Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.

They don’t know meaning of hindi words. They are posting from google translation which inaccurate. You guys are charging hefty money for this app. Shame on you.

Where the hell is Tamil?
So there is no language option that shows TAMIL. I downloaded this app with great enthusiasm but now I am greatly disappointed. I speak English yet I wanted to build my English Vocabulary. THE MAJOR FLAW OF THIS APP IS THAT I AM FORCED TO CHOOSE DIFFERENT LANGUAGES TO BEGIN LEARNING EXCEPT THE LANGUAGE THAT I KNOW TO READ AND WRITE IN IS NOT THERE IN THE OPTIONS TO CHOOSE. You better add Tamil to it or make changes that allow us to choose English in both the language columns

The words pronounced mostly don’t match the word written leading to confusion. The app is good otherwise!
