OTP number not working
Why oh why won’t this work! Seems like a great app but what’s the point if you can’t use it. Would really appreciate if this could be fixed.

I have been trying to register but I’m not getting the OTP number at all

Please help I downloaded the app yesterday and I can’t sign in.
Very buggy
It’s not allowing me to use the live chat, this makes participating in classes very hard

My app is not working I can play the free videos on my phone and I have subscribed

After I opened the app and I registered the button to continue was not available to press. I tried reopening the app, re registering and re-downloading it but it didn’t work
Keeps crashing
The app is too selective, keeps crashing on my iPad and never opens. I have tried it on some androids, it is still selective, works on some android phones and does not work on some. Works fine on windows laptop through web but you can’t access the resources through web browsers on phones. It does not make any sense restricting device access just because you want to sell off your own devices. Every subscriber should have the freedom to access what he or she has paid for through his or her choice of device. It’d be good if you do something about this issue quickly. I’m definitely not renewing once the present subscription expires if this continues.

Error
Anytime I ask a teacher for help it tells me error. I payed for one year, this is very disappointing. I will delete this app it is becoming very annoying.
