Its a decent game but there is one huge issue. The team starts off as one of the worst in the league, which is fine, but the board don't realize that. They get upset when we play badly (even though we are predicted to do bad). One thing I suggest is make GM termination optional without premium. Everything else can stay premium if you want to, but I think this would improve the fun of the game. PS: I will change to a higher rating if something changes.

Pay 2 win with gated higher tier facilities and lower cash investments from ownership each season, requires you to buy ingame cash to win and be successful. Hopefully another developer takes this model and makes it more player friendly instead of greedy. Terrible for a paid game to have this

Between all of the injuries (3 Torn ACLs) in the first 25 games of the season and lack of opportunity for financial improvement, this game pushes you to be successful by pay to play methods.

I have a 91 Youth Coach, level 6 Youth Facility, after my team became good I can seldom find a 4 star let alone 5 while teams around me are spawning 90-99 overall 18 year olds with +5 boosts. You have to be joking, what am I meant to do to compete, if I buy their youth that’s all my money, can’t get money by winning because they have this unfair advantage in multiple ways, can’t get better facilities no money for it once you do one, The Rewards for winning tanked overnight now I would only get 9K TP and like $30 Mil despite only winning the UCL trophy like 4 times in 40 years, and the Prem 8 times in 40 years. I’m a premium member and my last save from a year ago in Germany also got corrupted and I was fired for winning and I had paid even more on that. I may be officially done, I can’t. Oh and before I go really my 97 overall team losing consistently to 80s only in cup matches or crucial parts of the season but every single season my competitors don’t have a single slip even when I buy those same players and make them work in my system same results, you can’t tell me this game isn’t hardcoded against the user, which at that point why even play? Addition from December 3, 2024: I played one single season with +5 for finishing the Goal Pass, next season 3 teams in my league are +10, Teams who beat me when I was a 104 briefly at 98 and 99 for perfect seasons 36 wins 2 draws including wins against my team are now stomping my 97-99 overall team every match different tactics so miss me with that “Overall doesn’t dictate”, yeah you’re right if the user controls the team they get debuffed into oblivion. I quit and I will never spend another dime on this game, you get a +5 after a battle pass season of grinding just to get punished for the rest of your save. Wow.

As I got into the second tier, all the teams in the top two tiers suddenly got much worse than they were. The best team in all of England is now 81 rated when the top teams used to be in the mid 90s. This makes it difficult to get any good players because I can’t buy players from other countries (where the ratings stayed the same) and the players in my country won’t improve my team. I also feel like I didn’t earn my promotion to the top tier since I’m still just 75 rated and a few seasons ago, that wouldn’t have been good enough to escape division 2.

I was enjoying this game (and their others) until I realized as my team got better, they started adding the $4.99 gear sponsors to the AI teams in your league to make them more powerful than you. I even have the paid version of this game and other GM games, but that feels ridiculous. That’s why it’s a one star for me. Edit after developer response: then let those teams only purchase the gear that is purchasable with in game currency, not real money. Your response is a greedy cop out and you are shameful.

It’s a very good game and addictive one but the developers need to upgrade few things . Lemme start up with the price reduction of the goal as you keep playing the game it needs to stop and the constant. 2. The office staff ratings need to increase as your reputations increase or good rated staffs should be on the market as you progress not you always being the one to upgrade them . Lastly the youth players need to always be in the academy up to 22 yrs before being promoted or released thanks I enjoy your game .

Simulation engine is rigged to make you spend money, i constantly lose games to teams ranked below me. Dont waste your time.
