It takes a bit of listening to and then you get the results you need to keep going.
Was not taken into relaxation before suggestion. Quality recording. Too soon to measure effectiveness. Wanted a stronger decent into trance, which is the fun part fir me.

Came across Glenn's site/app & decided to try. I've previewed &/or purchased many that didn't work for me: not to the point, too wordy/long, annoying voices & backgrounds ETC! Glenn's voice is calming, background music/subs great, gets right into the hypnosis & not too long. Listening to the 2 free offerings; also love the "Breathe" exercise. Will probably want to try more sessions in the future. So glad I came across Glenn & his products. Highly recommend! 😉
Depending on my mood, I use different one. My favorite is the Chakra Meditation. I also enjoy the morning meditation. It is a great way to start off the day!

Seeing that the app version is 2 years old, I worry that there will come a time soon where it is incompatible with my phone version and my money will be lost. I REALLY WISH there was volume control for the app specifically. I would like to have it a little softer while still allowing my wake-up alarm to be loud. I enjoy the sessions though :)
