I was trying to input my info so i can get my payroll and the app doesn’t even work properly. You might as well use the UKG app and get a better result and performance. Don’t bother wasting $3 for this useless app.

I downloaded the app and it was unable to load. It kept saying loading and it never did anything else. Useless.

Just payed for the app and it won’t let me log in. I’d like a refund

I have been trying to get this app to liad fir days now and it is not working at all! It will not let me create a sign in or anything!

This is my second time trying to sign in my sign in process is always an issue first time I signed in gave all my information then it said wrong password I tried to reset a new password the app says my account doesn’t exist, my issue now is verification code doesn’t text me my code to sign up on the app. Don’t waste your time on this app the bugs are never fixed and you can’t delete your information on this app seems like a scam to me!!!!!!

This App is trash, after you give all your info, it never lets you complete the sign up. And you have to start all over again and again…over and over. Don’t try it.👎☹️

Absolute garbage. Will not even allow me to create account Will not allow me to type in my hometown as requested Does not allow me to enter company access code Why does my employer want me to use this to access my pay records ????? ZERO STARS!

It won’t even let me create an account unless I’m from 5 specific cities 🙄. and my employer chose this app. Useless especially if you can’t even create an account.

With this app I was able to get my service done in minutes , a very nice lady came to my house to the a very deep cleaning so I am giving 5 starts

Why do I feel like I just gave all of my personal information to a non protected app with no way to delete your information once you type it in and customer service is no help at all. Seriously do not download this app there is another UGK/ Ulti pro app if I heard right.. I don’t know what this is.. The app ask for SS number / current city which apparently only lets you choose between 5 city’s to choose from What just happened i don’t know but thankful I have security on my social security number
